RETURN POLICY

Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted on new and unworn merchandise within 14 days from the date of purchase. All refunds and exchanges are subject to a quality assessment performed at Phillips House's sole discretion. Any refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For a gift, store credit will be issued for the amount originally paid for the gift when accompanied by a gift receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase. Store credits are valid for one year. Custom orders cannot be returned. Deposits on custom orders are not refundable. A custom order is any order for an item that is not in stock or falls within the bridal, engagement or other category or an item that is sized or created in a special size. Any item purchased during a period where all or part of proceeds are being donated are not eligible for any monetary refund, items will be accepted for an immediate exchange only.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges relating to a return or exchange.

International Orders:

Customs and other taxes on international returns must be fully paid by the customer before the return authorization is granted.

Phillips House ships via UPS or FedEx, and does not deliver to PO Boxes.  Should a customer have special shipping instructions, such instructions must be made clear in writing at the time the order is placed.  All orders shall be shipped with a signature confirmation required.  Signature confirmations may only be waived if authorized by the customer in writing.  Phillips House accepts no responsibility for lost or tampered-with shipments when signature confirmation has been waived.  Phillips House does not use the customer shipping account numbers.   Phillips House only uses new/unused packaging materials.  Packages delivered damaged or opened must be rejected by the customer back to the carrier, and should not be signed for or accepted under any circumstances.  Phillips House accepts no responsibility for the contents of a damaged package that was signed for and accepted by the customer. 

Returns By Mail: 
All return shipments should have a valid Return Authorization Number issued by a Phillips House team member.  Return shipments must have both appropriate insurance and signature confirmations.  Phillips House accepts no responsibility for orders shipped without insurance and signature confirmation.  The customer must use appropriate packaging methods to protect the jewelry.  Return shipments must always be shipped in an unused, unopened (not resealed) box.  Should the customer return ship in a resealed or reused box, Phillips House accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged or disputed items, and the customer shall forfeit all rights to any dispute.

Once your return has been processed, please allow 2 to 3 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card.
